Time for a ✨short rest✨
I’ve been filling a lot of my free time with TTRPGs. It’s been a fun and healing experience. My main job has a lot of demands and sometimes I forget to rest in the things that bring me joy. As I’m entering in to spring break, it’s a great reminder to take care of myself and to spend time with my party members. Wishing you all a moment of rest and restoration as spring comes in to bloom.

Today is a little reminder to myself that art doesn’t have to be perfect. It makes me happy, and that’s why I do it. And, when you make art because it makes you happy and not for the approval of others, that is when you are truly successful. So, in honor of celebrating art for the sake of making art, enjoy some recent photos that have brought me joy - straight from the ‘ol iPhone camera roll. Just a couple of portraits at my favorite spot at Arbuckle Park🌲
What a joy it is to watch the ways families interact together. The inside jokes, the way they can make each other laugh, and the little sibling teasing. All is so sweet to step into and witness. I’m so thankful for letting me be part of your family for a couple quick shutter clicks.

Taking photos of an engagement was an honor. Taking photos of an engagement on a softball diamond was a dream!
Bre and Tyler got engaged in 2016, then married in 2018. It’s extremely humbling to have been involved in both days. So much love to these fun friends!
