Hello family and friends. I wouldn't normally put this out to the public, but sadly, I’ve been left with no alternative. In my 18 years as an event planner who specializes in helping families create amazing memories, I have come across a couple of clients who have made my job challenging. Unfortunately, I was recently forced for the first time, to let go of one such client. To be clear, this was a last resort and only after 6 months of crossed boundaries, failure to adhere to our agreed upon contract and verbal abuse did I finally take this action. As a small business owner, my reputation IS my business and while I strive to meet every expectation of my clients, I also have self-respect. I will not subject myself or my employees to conditions that don't allow us to create experiences that meet the high standards clients have come to expect and that I have cultivated over a long history of great events. My record, as represented by the volume of images and videos on this platform, along with the many happy families I have served are evidence enough of my commitment to my clients. Thank you to my many supporters and I wish you a very happy holiday season.
