My number one thing is efficiency. Because I work alone I have to make sure I am on point with my time management. I have horrible social anxiety which had previously caused me to shy away from opportunities that put me in the forefront. 2 years ago I was unable to walk into a room with strangers alone. 2 years ago I would go to events and turn around at the door before ever entering. 2 years ago I was having panic attacks in the bathroom. I still vividly remember the day I set up “shop” grooving to @dojacat in a corner of my 900 sq ft apartment that I already shared with two kids. I barely had any inventory but I had big dreams. I had just quit my full time job with the City of Indianapolis and had absolutely no plan. I was just moving off faith. One year later, I was embarking on yet another unknown, opening a workspace in @circlecentre. Again, I had no plan and really only intended to stay 3 months as a test to myself. My design style is one that puts a heavy emphasis on skillset and technical work.
