Planning a larger event? Our Large Event Package is designed for gatherings of up to 150 guests and helps keep the main rentals simple.

Package includes:
• 150 standard chairs
• 20 banquet tables
• 150-quart cooler
• 5-gallon beverage cooler
• 44-gallon trash can

All bundled together at a discounted rate.

Customer pickup is available in Independence, Iowa. Delivery requests may be available for this package depending on date, location, order size, and availability. Delivery is an additional charge. Setup, if requested and approved, is also an additional charge.

Seeing this flyer around town or at the parade?

Indee Party Co. offers table, chair, and party supply rentals for Independence and the surrounding communities.

We offer local customer pickup in Independence. Most rentals are flat-rate 4-day rentals, with Friday pickup and Monday return. We also offer pickup and return appointments Monday through Friday, and longer rental periods may be available by request.

Delivery is available by request:

Independence city limits: orders over $100 may qualify, with delivery starting at $75
Outside Independence: $300 minimum rental order required

Delivery fees are not included in the rental minimums. Setup is also not included, but may be available for an additional fee depending on the order.

Need some exercise or have some time to spare this Saturday morning?

We could use a couple more people to walk with us in the 4th of July parade in Independence, Iowa!

We need help handing out popsicles and brochures during the parade. The parade starts at 9:00 AM.

You’ll get a free t-shirt to wear, depending on size availability. It may be either an Uncle Nick’s Toy Venture shirt or an Indee Party Co. shirt.

Tables and chairs loaded up for a 7-day Monday-to-Monday rental.

Our online booking is set up for standard 4-day rentals, but we also offer longer rentals and different pickup/return days by request.

Pickup and return times are available Monday through Friday, 9 AM–6 PM, and just need to be scheduled ahead of time.
