A Touch By Tonya Soul Food and Southern Cuisine’s Rich to the taste, yet comforting to the soul that only "A Touch By Tonya" can provide. This should be arranged with us directly and immediately.

We Cater the Following Events:
• Church Events
• Wedding Receptions
• Banquets
• School and Family Reunions
• Birthday, Holiday & Retirement Parties

Planning:
Although we will do everything possible to accommodate last minute functions, our most successful events have been planned with a minimum of 3 days notice. This time frame allows us to supply you with the quality products and staffing need

ed for excellent service and delivery. Requests received with less than a 5 working day (Monday-Friday) notice are subject to a $50.00 late fee and product availability. Additional Planning Information Needed are as followed:
• Verification that the venue has been booked and set-up noted. It is the customer’s responsibility to return furniture and other items to their original position should they need to be rearranged or removed from the location.

• Location, date and time of the event

• Number of people attending the event or at least a good estimate

• Type of service desired (i.e.: buffet or served, paper or china)

• Floral arrangements, linen color and other specialty decor items desired

• Customer/Department name, direct telephone number and e-mail address of person filling the reservation

Food Menu Selection:
Though we offer a unique and wide variety of foods, please keep in mind that all choices may not be suitable for the venue you have secured. Please allow us to assist you in making your choices and arranging for any special requests.

Dear friends, family, and loyal supporters,

It is with a heavy heart that we announce that “A Touch by Tonya Soul Food and Southern Cuisines” will no longer be in the kitchen at the Hippo Cafe in Hutto, TX. This decision comes after much thought and PRAYERS as we navigate financial and personal challenges.

We are deeply grateful for every moment spent serving this wonderful community—every shared meal, every kind word, and every smile. Your support has been a blessing and a constant reminder of why we do what we do.

While this chapter is closing, it’s far from the end. We are still here for all your catering needs, both personal and professional and we look forward to bringing a fresh vision to life in 2025. Exciting things are on the horizon, and we can’t wait to share them with you.
