✨ Feeling incredibly grateful and humbled today. ✨

When I started Rocket City Charm & Charcuterie just 8 months ago, I never imagined I’d be celebrating something as special as being named a Best of Alabama winner.

This journey has been filled with countless learning opportunities, lots of laughter, a few tears, plenty of late nights, early mornings, and more weekends spent working than I can count. But moments like this remind me exactly why I keep showing up and giving it my all.

Who knew that cheese, meat, nuts, fruit, pickles, and olives could become an art form that brings people together, sparks conversations, and creates meaningful memories? It has been such a joy to serve this incredible community—from realtors and college football coaches to baby showers, weddings, corporate events, and everything in between.

Every order, every event, every customer who has trusted me to be part of their special moments has helped make this possible.

I accept this recognition with immense gratitude and humility. Thank you to everyone who has supported, encouraged, referred, shared, ordered, and cheered me on along the way. Your support means more than you know.

Congratulations to all of the other Best of Alabama winners! I’m honored to be in such amazing company.

Before we think about boards and platters and events this weekend, we're pausing. Some families have an empty seat at the table this Memorial Day. We don't take lightly that what we get to do, bringing people together, is a privilege that was paid for by others. Thank you doesn't feel like enough, but it's what we have.

Honored to be part of celebrating the volunteers behind — the people working hard to preserve the beautiful land that makes North Alabama so special. 💚🌿

We put together this grazing table for their volunteer appreciation event, and it felt like the least we could do for a group dedicated to keeping our corner of the world gorgeous. (The same land we love hosting events on, by the way! 😄)

Macarons, chocolate truffles, fresh fruit, local cheeses, cured meats, and more because these volunteers deserved every bite. 🍓🧀✨
