I’m Genesis Jenkins, the owner and heart behind Imari Eats Catering. What started as a way to bring comfort and creativity into my own kitchen has grown into a business built on purpose, service, and flavor.

Imari Eats is where Northern roots meet Southern flair, and every flavor has a story.

I grew up in Jersey, surrounded by a mix of cultures and cuisines that shaped how I cook today, blending inspiration, gratitude, and purpose into every dish.

I don’t have a niche, I have range, and a heart to serve through food that feels like home.
