So, we made this white pizza for a couple of kids at yesterday's Farmers Market and they LOVE it! Olive Oil base with two kinds of mozzarella cheese for a unique taste.

The first one is Greek inspired;
Chili infused olive oil base, minced garlic, Parmesan & Feta cheese, chopped basil, red onion, mozzarella cheese, and topped with green onions.
The 2nd one;
Buffalo sauce base, parmesan, rotisserie chicken, feta & mozzarella cheeses, red onion, banana peppers, topped with green onions.

Buffalo Chicken Ranch Pizza; ranch base, mozzarella & feta cheese, shredded chicken marinated with buffalo sauce, red onions, bacon crumbles, and topped with thinly sliced celery...and of course, 3 day poolish dough!
