Oh, the many faces of AC Sandra J! Can you believe all these stunning blooms come from one single plant?

If you're looking for a truly unique cultivar—one that keeps you guessing and surprises you every time you step into the garden—she’s your gal! Now in her third year in our fields, she's not the most generous tuber producer, but what she lacks in numbers, she makes up for in character. 🌟

Standing tall at about 5 feet, she’s a solid, reliable beauty with personality to spare.

🌺 Furu Maru 🌺

This morning, while rushing through the field cutting dahlias for wedding orders, I stopped in my tracks—Fury Maru had opened her first bloom! 😍

Photos just don’t do her justice. This beauty is in her first flush and already showing off with tall, sturdy stems—standing just over 4 feet tall! It’s her first year in our garden, and I’m already smitten. Bring on the rest of the season brings!

Meet the sweetest dahlia in our field—Skeena Sugar Pie! 🍭 This early bloomer has been a showstopper all season long. First year with us and it’s already stealing the spotlight. 🇨🇦 Bred by the talented Meg Hoole at Medeek Meadows, it stands tall at 4 feet and is constantly covered in blooms! 🌿💐

Can't wait to see how it continues to grow! 🌱✨

🐝WORKER BEES NEEDED🐝

WHEN: Saturday, August 2 8am-10:30am or Sunday 6:00-8:30pm or any Monday 7:30am-10am

WHAT: deadheading dahlias, weeding, washing buckets, tying up escaping dahlias, fertizing and removing bottom foliage.

PAYMENT: 25 dahlias per session, redeemable anytime before frost. ($75 value)

RSVP: via messages.

📸 Any guesses who this is? Tag says Lakeview Lady?? A tall robust plant with large blooms which seems correct, but petals aren’t tight enough and to informal?

I only collected seeds from a few dahlias last year as hybridizing isn’t a goal per say at the moment. But I do enjoy the surprise and love having the single cultivars around to dance in the fields. Seeds collected from Rhubarb & Custard, Orange Hype, Venus and Ferncliff Dolly,
