Thrifted $1.50 hat, a vision & 2,000 miles later

I saw another creator share something similar and it reminded me just how simple and perfect our wedding really was. 🤍

Pinterest had just come out, so obviously we DIY’d everything. Our budget was tiny because the house we had just purchased literally burned down before our wedding. Apparently, wedding planning wasn’t stressful enough.

But we had the best day. We didn’t go into debt, in fact, we actually MADE money from our wedding gifts, which went toward rebuilding our home!

Almost 11 years later, our wedding definitely wasn’t magazine worthy, but I wouldn’t change a thing. 🤍

Okay… maybe one thing. I would have loved a videographer to be able to show my children our wedding day.

We are celebrating our 11th wedding anniversary and doing som incredible bridal shoot that you will not want to miss of some of our 2027 dresses!

I cannot believe this worked😱

Color matters!! I know it sounds so obvious, but if your accessories are not the same color as your dress, it can throw off your look completely! There are so many different shades of white and ivory, so be sure your entire look matches! You can use this easy and inexpensive trick to create more cohesive color to take your look for good to absolute perfection 🙌🏼
