The DJ Guy

What is going on??? This has to be the 10th time I've seen this type of post with a similar reason given. I sure hope it's not the same person doing this over and over to brides.

On of my favorite events to do each year, is this Halloween part in Temperance, MI. We're always treated like one of the guests by the owner who has a 9 acre Haunted hayride in the backyard!

⚠️ Don't get scammed! ⚠️
An experienced, professional DJ should cost no less than $1000 for 6 hours (on the low end). If you found a price that seems too good to be true, it probably is.
This year, I've had more frantic brides reach out to me last minute because their DJ canceled on them with less than 7 days before their event.

I've seen this WAY too many times this year. I know of three events tomorrow that had their DJ cancel last minute.

Unfortunately, this is what happens when a deal seems too good to be true. There are costs that go along with doing business. Unless your DJ is driving around in a Ferrari or Lamborghini they probably are charging a reasonable amount. While that amount may seem high to you, keep in mind that we all have to make a living and costs aren't going down.

I was rather surprised to see that this bride was calling this an awesome deal. How awesome is it if they didn't show up? Hopefully she's getting a full refund.

Yesterday's sorority event at Wiard's Orchard. I usually post these from the event, but this one started out at full throttle around 10 PM and there was no cell signal in that pole barn.
