Friends of Hitchcock Parks

09/25/2026

Today our biggest supporter of the Hitchcock Parks and our organization Friends Of Hitchcock Parks is retiring from the City of Hitchcock. Marie Gellas as City Manager has been instrumental in most of the achievements made by the City for the past 7 years and I have had the pleasure of working with her on many of the projects.

Pictured with Marie is John Elliot who graciously prayed over her retirement and achievements while serving as City Manager of Hitchcock.

Marie will be truly missed. Happy Retirement and we wish you only the best at what the future holds.
