We ask that if you are in the process of making a decision on whether or not to have your wedding happen, to please reschedule and not cancel. We would love to still capture your special day. Rescheduling also helps us continue to operate without a hitch!
If you do indeed decide to reschedule your event(s), there are no fees associated with rescheduling. Your deposit and any payments already made to your existing invoice will roll over to the new date.
We remain committed to offering you flexible rescheduling options. However, given these unique circumstances with several rescheduling inquiries happening at the same time, we are processing rescheduling inquiries in a first-come-first-served basis.
• If you are rescheduling, and you have new date in mind, please reach out to us as soon as you can to explore availability.
• Confirmation for new dates will only happen once a new contract has been signed.
• Please keep in mind that we receive inquiries for new weddings every day. So, in addition to new inquiries, our availability for rescheduled dates can be very competitive and limited, especially at this time. With that in mind, quickness is key.
