The holidays have a way of holding everything at once.
The joy.
The grief.
The laughter.
The ache.
The meaning.
The mess.
2025 reminded me that life doesn’t ask us to choose between celebration and sorrow- it asks us to make room for both. This year brought wins I’m proud of, lessons that stretched me, and moments that asked me to slow down and feel it all while learning.
Never once did I do any of it fearlessly, but I did it with courage that I knew lived in me and would show up when I needed it most.
Holding my published book feels like proof that staying the course- especially when it’s uncomfortable—matters. That purpose often shows up quietly. And that the bend is where the becoming begins.
As the year is coming to an end, I’m honoring what was, carrying what matters and stepping forward with intention, courage and grace for the parts that were hard.
Here’s to joy and remembrance, growth and rest, and trusting what unfolds next.
Huge thank you to my partners in business and in growth for knowing super cool people who can put together super cool reels based on words that I said in one
