Possibly a long haired chihuahua?!

I tried to scoop it up while at this gas station but it scurried off literally in the blink of an eye. I just drove around for 15-20 minutes trying to find it, but had no luck.

Once I get home, I will scavenge fb groups to find a more appropriate place for this information, but I wanted to at least post it really quick just in case.
