After 30,087 steps on 12.4.25 for the beautiful couple. Mr & Mrs Mendoza - I am still recovering and feeling more human!! To my wedding planner friends out there - how do you do this every and several times each weekend?!? 😭😭 I love doing rentals as this is a very important aspect of the overall wedding. The linens are the 1st thing guests see as they enter the room. If linens are dark, it sets the tone for a moody / elegant wedding. Each layer of decor adds to the tablescape. ❤️ But, please, let's pause and take a moment for the MOH who understood her assignment! Fabi was on it!! She made sure our bride stayed calm, hydrated, fed and assisted as we shuffled her from room to room with to get the perfect shot. Brides - choose the girls that keep you happy, relaxed and grounded on YOUR special day.

Let's talk details and let's get 1 thing straight: a venue coordinator/manager is NOT your wedding coordinator, NOT your wedding planner, NOT there to ensure you have your dream wedding. A venue coordinator can assist with AC temperature, make sure toilet paper is stocked, pull an extra chair if event staff didn't read your table layout correctly... He/she may possibly keep an eye out for caterer arrival. But, they will not be your guide and will not be your time keeper day of. How much are you going to pay for your wedding when it's all said and done? What good will it do if you and your parents can't enjoy it?!? TRUST me, I know it feels like you are bleeding out $💰💲- but do NOT overlook hiring a planner 4-8 weeks out. I was hired 4 weeks out and that was the absolute minimum needed to know ALL the nitty gritty details like the palm of my hand. Hiccups/glitches were caught, addressed and resolved. Thankfully, the day of ran smooth like butter! I gave every ounce of me. 🥰❤️🙏🏻 If you need a wedding planner, I work with THE absolute best ladies in this industry! Reach out and I will gladly point you in the right direction!! If you need rentals, I am your gal. I will ask all the questions to ensure I do my part and I WILL go the extra mile for you plus some.

I I love what I do!! I really enjoy the whole rental process - starting with a consultation to figure out what our bride needs, giving suggestions, showing & doing mockups, finalizing the details/table sizes... To executing the day of! I love being the 1st vendor in because it's before the organized chaos begins! Ironically, I may be one of the LAST vendors booked but guess what?!? Linens are the FIRST thing guests will see + the whole table scape. 💕 Once we setup, florist, baker, caterer trails behind. There is a systematic method for things to get done. I personally like to tackle details one at a time - linens first, then the napkins, then the chargers, then the decor. When we work together with each item, things don't get lost, misplaced, etc. Not to mention, we do a double check to make sure all tables & chairs are accounted for!! Post 2/2 - 12/4/25 - Congrats to Mr & Mrs Mendoza!!! Here are some more highlights of the beautiful day. I definitely got my steps in - 30,084...which is 12.34 miles 😲😳🥹 As my lil sister said - almost half a marathon!!! I tip my hat to ALL the wedding planners and coordinators in my life. I love you. I admire what you do but I will continue to stick to rentals! 🥰 Occasionally I make exceptions for special friends but OMG the countless hours behind the scenes, all the nitty gritty details, all the directing and moving things along the day of... Not going to lie, I loved it and would give it my all - all over again just to see Marco & Camille's smiles again! ❤️💕

12.4.25 was a beautiful day to remember! Marco & Camille Mendoza tied the knot and enjoyed every moment! What started as a gloomy day in Cypress, got brighter as we approached Atascocita!! The happy couple was able to enjoy taking photos even in the chilly weather but I am certain they felt warm in each other's arms. Ever wonder if you can just rent a few things to spruce up your event? The answer is YES you can!! You can rent as much or as little as you need. With the DIY option - you can pick up and return. Meg was very pleased with her rentals this past weekend and shared a photo with us!! She did the backdrop herself and rented the cylinder columns too. This was the perfect backdrop for family photos.

Jasmin's wedding at turned out wonderfully!! Thankfully the weather cooperated and just a light sprinkle. This venue is an open tented space and which allows you to enjoy cooler days. Bride had 7 guest tables + sweetheart and cake table. Buffet was set out under secondary tent. Cocktail tables were around the property for guests to mingle during cocktail hour.

Thank you for handling the BIG day for Alexandra & Allen . Bride selected blush linens with maroon accents. We provided all the centerpieces - half with lanterns and half with short trio cylinders, tall columns for the head table. We don't always get to see the florals in the morning but Magnolia Blooms arrived before we left.

We always enjoy open houses! Did you know that even if you are already booked, it's still a great idea to attend? It's another opportunity to view the space, measure things, visualize where you want dance floor/head table to be. If you haven't booked all your vendors, it can be a one stop shop to book what's left. And who better to work with than with vendors who are trusted, know your venue, know the specs, know the Do's and Don'ts! We have rentals for any occasion. After weddings, remember us when you celebrate your anniversary or welcome your little one... Baby shower setup - HOUSTON we have a boy!! We provided rentals for Felicia's daughter's wedding in 2023 and this year she is over the moon, ready to welcome her grandbaby.
