See us in a performance on the Arts & Artisans Market Stage!!
We are excited to reveal the 2024 Sugarland Music & Arts Fest Poster! Local artist Julia Mabile (Julia Paints) created the wonderful, original artwork with acrylic on canvas. Julia took our directive of capturing the soul of our parish and its visual and performing artists and produced a beautiful and thoughtful piece, taking time and care to represent her home and our organization. Her original artwork was imaged, arranged, and lettered by AFTA to create our inaugural poster. This design will be available for purchase on our festival posters and t-shirts!
The Sugarland Music & Arts Fest (www.sugarlandfest.org) is the first festival of its kind in Assumption Parish. We are excited to showcase our local talent, and, with the help of our sponsors, we are proud to host this event with FREE admission. Signed posters, t-shirts featuring Mabile’s artwork, festival swag, food, drinks, and wristbands for the family fun zone will be available for purchase. A live auction will be held at 6:00 pm and a silent auction will be held throughout the day and end at 8:00 pm.
The festival is happening August 3, 2024, from 10:00 am until 10:00 pm at the Assumption Parish Community Center! For more info, please visit www.sugarlandfest.org or like AND follow our page for updates!
