Lily Bloom Events Specializing in event planning/decor, balloon garlands, tent parties, luxury picnics, 360 photobooth!

Lily Bloom was inspired by a group of creative minds ready to venture into the world of custom flowers and balloons. Our Name

“Lily” - owner, a wife, a mother, wanderlust soul, and a visionary of unique event decor.

“Bloom” resulted from two places: a favorite song and also a tiny human who couldn’t say “balloon” correctly.

There is a certain kind of luxury that can’t be seen in photos.

It’s the confidence of knowing every detail has been anticipated, every vendor has been guided, and every moment will unfold exactly as it should.

At Lily Bloom Events, we offer Day-of Wedding Coordination for couples who want more than a beautiful celebration—they want the freedom to be fully present.

With experience coordinating over 20 weddings and six more celebrations entrusted to us this year, we work quietly behind the scenes, ensuring your timeline flows seamlessly, your vendors remain aligned, and every carefully planned detail is executed with precision.

From the first guest’s arrival to the final farewell, our role is to protect your investment and create an effortless experience for you, your family, and your guests.

Because true luxury isn’t simply how a wedding looks—it’s how it feels.

Now booking a limited number of wedding coordination clients.

Raise your hand if you attended this beautiful event! Tag us and show us your favorite pic!

We snuck in a few minutes before the event was over and our hearts were full watching all the princesses with their dads! 🥹🥰

Thank you, always, Deer Park for the continued business!

What a phenomenal season being part of unforgettable memories. For the months of April & May, we hit a new record of 37 events. Weekday events were the most popular!

Because of the commitment we had with our clients, it’s time we take a much needed vacation. We will be out of the office until June 19th.

All our June event clients have been contacted and so have our early July events. We'll hit the ground running upon our return. The plan is come back refreshed and ready to create more special moments for you.

July bookings are limited: contact us for availability!

Thank you for allowing Lily Bloom Events to be part of your celebrations!
