It’s apparently World Lindy Hop Day.

Which is a good reminder that swing music still absolutely works when the right crowd hears it. There’s just something about those rhythms that makes people want to move.

Also a reminder that “fun dance music” existed long before EDM playlists and wedding line dances. 🙂

A dancing style that has endured time by bringing people together and helping spread joy.
