1:00~ til sold out! These Menus are for 4th of July ONLY! Come have some Festive Food, Watch the Parade and have some 🧊 cold beverages 🍺 🍹 from the gorgeous Bartenders!
Chef👩‍🍳 Bells Cheffin’ in Homer all started back in 2023 in a lil Pop-Up tent outside Kharacters, offering just 1 menu item til I sold out. It’s exciting to bring my Galley on wheels to where serving my Eats to Homer all began!

1st Catering event out of the Galley! Last Summer I private 👩‍🍳 for Natural Habitat Adventures, It was a honor be hired back to Cater a Fiesta 💃 🌮 🌶️ for there staff!
The Fiesta menu~
~Coctel de Camarones (Mexican Shrimp Cocktail) ~Cod Chile Relleno (black beans, corn, red bell pepper, Cheese) w/ a roasted Red pepper Sauce

Bell’s 🔔 Galley is finally ready to get “ROLLIN” !
Completing the build of my Galley, has been an adventure to say the least! It all started in Wasilla in March. I invested in this trailer with a partial build, new equipment kitchen, with absolutely nothing operating. Hauling it back was a nerve racking experience of its own, but I made it! She has been months of hard work, dedication, challenges, frustration, trouble shooting, stress, learning, asking for guidance, hiring out professionals to sort out the electrical, wire the hood vent, wire the power inlet box, re do the entire water system, inspect the propane & install a very expensive Fire Supression system. There was also some blood, sweat & tears envolved! A new built, mobile to say the least, kitchen required special permits & approvals from the planning department which certainly was a time consuming process of its own, besides all the other business start ups.
I am so happy the build is complete!! Chef. 👩‍🍳 Bell is thrilled & excited to finally have my own Commercial Kitchen on wheels to 👩‍🍳 up & share rotating menus of my delicious, cultural, creative foods!

Bell’s Galley specializes in Catering, Special events & Private Cheffin’! I’ll also have a Rotating Menu of my Global Culinary Creations available Food Trailer style!

My passion is the Culinary arts & I can’t wait for you all to explore new flavors with my Cuisine!
