👻 Let’s Chat Mischief Mahj!

🖤 I was feeling inspired by the New Jersey (at least where I grew up) tradition of “Mischief Night” and thought October was the perfect time to inteoduce this fun product to the Bay State Bam lineup!

🧡 October is the perfect time for a little bit of troublemaking, and at this point in the year we all are comfortable with the 2026 card enough to take a little walk on the wild side!

🖤 Mischief Mahj is an accompanying deck of cards that introduces a tiny bit of chaos into the game we know and love. I’ve highlighted some of the meddlesome cards I’m most excited to try. Let me know below what you’re hoping appears in this little deck of trouble! ⬇️

🎃 What did YOU call the night of October 30th growing up? Was troublemaking part of your childhood experience on this night?

🌟🌟What’s coming up for Bay State Bam? 🌟🌟

🖤 Short Answer: A LOT. I’m out of town being a bridesmaid (remember that Mahjtastic Bachelorette?) but next week and the rest of this month has PLENTY of opportunities to Mahj! Join me for a mid morning mahj session next week, a night of open play alongside league members, or a special halloween month event!

💥Comment PLAY to get a direct link to all my events in your DMs!

📍Reminder: ALL Bay State Bam events are beginner friendly. We welcome everyone to our tables and can’t wait to see you!

🩷💚 Curious about the Troop Mahjong fun?! Snag an open play seat at one of the league nights (very limited seats!) and join us for some fun themes and amazing games!

🚀 Ready to learn how to play? Join me Farthest Star Sake for my ONLY public 101 class this month! Open play seats available for those already caught in the mahjong monster’s clutches 🎃

🖤 Unfortunately I do need to cancel this month’s Mini Birdies. Family always will come first for the Bam Fam, and one of my children’s commitments conflicted with that day and time. I am looking ahead to November/December and hoping to develop a special holiday program for my mini friends - stay tuned!

☁️ A Nor’easter is upon us, so let’s think of all the cozy and FUN ways we can Mahj this month! October is a tricky month for the Bam Fam- Mr. Bam is on the road a lot, so we’re sticking to the basics here- open play @ Bay State Bam HQ and League dominate our scene- but lets make it super fun with optional themes, tons of Troop Mahj goodies, and surprises galore! 🌤️

➡️ Swipe to see all that is ahead! I hope that you’ll join me at the table sometime soon! It is my absolute joy to curate events with intention - spaces where we can have fun, laugh, and feel special in all the beautiful chaos that is our lives. ✨

🎃 Have a question about an upcoming event? Shoot me a DM or email at [email protected]. Gentle reminder that events marked “held at BSB HQ” are at our private property, and I do email the specific address within 48 hours of the event. 👻
