You have been waiting for it and today it begins! The Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA) will add new businesses in its area such as Yabo's Tacos, Benitos, Makoy Center and HillGarten (currently under construction). The hours are noon to 9 pm. Stroll the sidewalks and catch a great meal at one of the Old Hilliard dining spots.
