Historic Barn that has been lovingly renovated over the last decade and a half. Upper loft area has been renovated and restored, has chandelier lighting in the cathederal style roof, along with uplighting along rafter pockets. cedar cladding is reclaimed wood, and live edge wood on gable ends. Acoustics are amazing in the space and is wired for sound. It overlooks a small orchard, as is powered by

onsite solar panel arrays. a few stray chickens may wander through your path as they make their way to the creek while exploring. Large 12x20 deck overlooks the property, creek, orchard, and neighboring fields. this Barn was lovingly rehabbed over the last 12 years because it was too cool to let it fall down, it has a large open area and bench seating along the perimeter
