My goal is to ensure your Special Day is stress free and runs smoothly so you can truly enjoy one of the most important days of your life; to
Stay one step ahead of couple and family so they are stress free to enjoy and remember every special moment together.
Included in day of coordination:
-unlimited calls,texting or emailing to assist decision making
-two (2) in person or FaceTime meeting(one to walk venue to go over layout, Agenda planning, details of pre-wedding services, reception and vendors, etc.) -build a custom schedule starting with rehearsal through to the “Day of”
-help couple with details they may need, decor. Decisions/ideas or options
-communicate /coordinate to all vendor of “Day of” schedule , location set up , time etc.
aid couple in last minute details prior to walking down the aisle
Rehearsal (estimate 2 hours)
-“Day of” keep everything on schedule the day of your wedding from 2 hours from start time to 6 hours after start time.
-Stay one step ahead of couple to keep stress free to enjoy and remember every special moment .
