I strive to make the best soap & bath possible- using the finest natural ingredients and organic colorants in my soap making-also included in my teas, clays, muds, herbs, and dry botanicals. And always looking to source many of my ingredients such as my organic Loofah|Luffa sponges that are inside many of my soaps. I grow these yearly, Pesticide Free.
Using natural herbs & organic Earthy elements in my soap adds numerous benefits for the skin and overall health. As what goes ON the body is just as important as what goes IN the body. Since herbs contain so many medicinal properties, I also use them to make solid lotion bars & balms/salves.
Have you ever tried bathing in a bath of rose petals, lavender and calendula? Dead Sea salt? While you're relaxing-these same herbs, botanicals & natural elements go to work internally as natural anti-inflammatory agents with muscle support.

Hey friends and family. If you are expecting a package from BKind Soap & Succulents USPS tracking system is down. All my orders and packages are out in transit-have been. You will not be able to track currently. Rest assured USPS has them. Says they are experiencing technical issues online and via the phone. Please keep in mind during the holidays, this is common. Update: The magazine interview is complete and my pictures have been submitted. The editorial team has notified me they will touch base with me right before my "Inspiring Story" is published live for any changes I may wanna make. Excited to be a part of this and humbled they wanna share my story. This crazy story of me being straight unfairly fired from my job during covid. Losing all my benefits, insurances, stocks, 401k etc. All I vested in and worked hard for for many years. I was out on an approved leave for surgery to come back and be let go. Why you ask? Other's can't handle my efficiency and truth. I literally had a manager tell me-there's no one that works like me. O BUT touche b¡tch-watch me run circles around you. And did. Now, I'm running circles for my damn self. Not some job where people make you feel less than them.
This is not a local mag-as yall know my business runs across the entire U.S. The magazine is out of Baltimore and my editorial rep is in Cali...two areas I ship the most too. Not sure how this happened, but blessed it did. So stoked to share the publication with you when it's released. I love other small business success stories and this magazine does a great job high-lighting such people.
Many great things (and people) have happened to BKind Soap & Succulents AND myself since starting this little soap & plant business in 2020. I have met many important & great people from around the world and developed relationships with many; from politicians to city council members, other business owners, other like minded business professionals among more who come support me at vending events and order from me online regularly.
I am self taught, always have been. So I shall stay humbled and keep on, keeping on. Minding my 'bidness and doing me."
I don't just make soap and grow these plants to sell locally-BKind products to date has hit all states in this country except for two. But I'm all around em honey...it's just a matter of time. Unlike many local soap makers yall "like" to remind me of or compare me to, I am a bit different. A whole lotta different. I contacted our lovely mall in the beginning before opening my own storefront, looking to get in VHM in a kiosk, booth or retail spot. The director over the mall told me, there's another soap business in there-we don't want to saturate it. Rudely with never having met me. Meanwhile, how many jewelry, shoe stores, other bath stores, perfume stores are crammed in there? People can be funny can't they. Wonder why so abrasive to someone that wants to give you money and drive traffic to your mall? Hmmm. Now look at all those empty spaces they can't fill. Every other slot is empty in there. Thank you for telling me no. I've been in contact with another holding and lease company about another storefront yall. Simply put, it's yours if you want it. Let me open it up for you to check out. We'd love to have you and your products. So whose being funny now Mr. Director?
I hustle wayyyy harder than any of these other locals ever thought they could. I try to source my own resources, my own ingredients as much as possible. I stay working 24/7. I am cocky when it comes to my business. As to why I've been put into these positions as such. Granted such opportunities. I hope many of you can eventually say the same. I root for business and success. I root for others to do well and be successful. I do not hide behind a profile picture and keyboard being bitter and jealous. I do not copy. I do not play patty cake.
I do not brag. I. Am. Boasting. There is a difference.
