Not even a Nor’easter was going to mess with Kristen & Logan’s wedding day. 🌊

Their vision was a laid-back, backyard barbecue meets boho beach — blue and white details, handmade ribbon garland, ferns and pampas grass swaying in the breeze, and plenty of good vibes at Lighthouse 12 in Corolla, NC.

The weather definitely kept us on our toes, but it made the day even more memorable. We were surprised with a gorgeous double rainbow over the roaring ocean, an incredible sunset, and one heck of a backdrop for a celebration with their favorite people.

Their family and friends brought such a fun, welcoming energy to the day, and it was obvious how much Kristen and Logan mean to the people who came to celebrate them.

A little wild weather, a lot of love, and a wedding day we won’t forget. Cheers Kristen & Logan! 🤍🌊

LOCAL & REGIONAL CATERERS — WE’D LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU.

Edenton Commons has several upcoming events that will require catering, and we want to prioritize working with local and regional businesses whenever possible.

Most of the events for which we hire catering will serve approximately 250–350 guests. Many will also be themed events, so we are especially interested in caterers who enjoy getting creative and developing menus that help bring the event to life.

That could mean food inspired by a particular decade, era, place, holiday, or event concept. Our needs will vary and may include buffets, heavy hors d’oeuvres, specialty stations, plated service, or preparation and delivery.

We are looking for partners who can help us create memorable events at prices our guests can afford, while making sure the businesses involved are being fairly paid for their work. Supporting one another is part of how we make this work.
