Our Story ❤️
My journey into natural skincare and herbal remedies started with my daughter, Sienna.
When Sienna was diagnosed with celiac disease in the 5th grade, everything changed. Like many parents, I dove headfirst into research, determined to help her feel better. I used the Yuka app to scan foods and ingredients, trying to figure out what was safe and what wasn’t. Even with all the changes we made, she was still getting “glutened” somehow.
That’s when I started looking beyond food and into the products we were using every day. What I found was eye-opening. Many skincare products contained gluten, and even those that didn’t were often packed with chemicals and ingredients I couldn’t pronounce—much less feel good about putting on our bodies.
So I started learning. I researched herbs, studied ingredients, tested recipes, and became passionate about creating products that were simple, natural, and made with purpose. Today, I carefully source high-quality herbs, use essential oils when beneficial, and make products that are gluten-free, chemical-free, and crafted with ingredients I trust for my own family.
My daughter is my world, and she continues to be the reason behind everything I create. If it isn’t something I would use on her, it doesn’t belong in a Rattlesnake Ranch Remedies product.
And the name? That comes from my admittedly strange obsession with rattlesnakes. Despite the name, I promise there’s no rattlesnake venom in any of my products—just honest ingredients, thoughtfully chosen herbs, and a whole lot of love.
