We had a great time at the KCBS Robertson county BBQ Throwdown, with a stacked field of 35 talented Pitmasters. A huge congratulations to our own Amy Chapel with a perfect 180 score on her dessert. Our cook went really well and we were very proud of what we turned in. Here is where we landed.

Chicken: 10th
Ribs: 12th
Pork: 15th
Dessert: 4th ( Perfect 180)

Overall: 10th

We were down a couple of team members but had a blast at the Hilltop cooking comp. There were a lot of talented cooking teams out there and we managed to pull off a 2nd place in pulled pork.
