Kostoff has spent the last 17 years in the Las Vegas market and has held many highly regarded leadership positions including Senior Catering Manager at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino and Assistant Director of Catering and Conference Services at Mandarin Oriental and Waldorf Astoria. Prior to relocating to Las Vegas, Kostoff worked in senior positions at top-tiered hotel properties in the U.S., among them The Westin St. Francis, The Beverly Hilton, The Westin Bonaventure, and the Eden Roc Resort and Spa.

Notable clients in Kostoff’s portfolio throughout the years have included, The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, Hewlett-Packard, Microsoft, Dell, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Choice Hotels, Sanofi-Aventis, Discover Card, Bank of America, RE/MAX, JCK Luxury, Promotional Products Association International, Google, and Art Basel.

The Meliá Punta Cana Beach has designed different spaces around the property to cultivate the soul through relaxation and reconnection. These are extraordinary permanent spaces, but these concepts can also be incorporated and created at any event.
