Kostoff has spent the last 17 years in the Las Vegas market and has held many highly regarded leadership positions including Senior Catering Manager at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino and Assistant Director of Catering and Conference Services at Mandarin Oriental and Waldorf Astoria. Prior to relocating to Las Vegas, Kostoff worked in senior positions at top-tiered hotel properties in the U.S., among them The Westin St. Francis, The Beverly Hilton, The Westin Bonaventure, and the Eden Roc Resort and Spa.

Vasquez is a native Las Vegan with more than a decade of experience in the hospitality industry. Her passion for events started while she was a hospitality management student at the University of Nevada Las Vegas and during an internship in the wedding industry.
Her career has highlighted roles with Las Vegas’ premier event design agencies including MGM Resorts International and Destinations by Design.
At MGM Resorts Event Productions, she collaborated with Fortune 500 executives to design and produce events ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale conventions and was known for her ability to continuously surpass sales targets. She joined Destinations by Design in 2017 in a Sales Manager role and was quickly promoted to National Sales Manager where she achieved approximately $13 Million in sales throughout a three-year period.
While she is a high-level standout sales professional, Vasquez believes that her success is anchored by her unique ability to develop strong relationships with her clients. She is curious and committed to her client’s needs, creating an event experience that integrates her client’s business goals with direct outcomes. In addition to her hands-on approach to client service, Vasquez’s elevated designs and project management skills allow her to exceed expectations consistently.

After working for Mickey Mouse, a career in fitness and spas followed where he led the sales and operation efforts for some of the most regarded spas in Los Angeles. In his most recent role at the former Montage Beverly Hills Spa, he led the group sales side of the business, followed by a smooth and wonderful transition to the hotel sales team at Montage, and now Santa Monica Travel and Tourism.
