The calendar says that it is spring. Some days feel like spring is here or right around the corner. While others still feel a lot like winter. One thing is for sure: the springtime wind is here. With some of those nice days, there were some tulips and peonies that are starting to pop up. Which is very exciting to see. Unfortunately, the ranunculus never made it out of storage. So the spring bouquets are going to be very limited.
As some of you may or may not know, on January 31st, our oldest son, Oliver, passed away. These days without him have been the hardest we have ever had to endure. I had big plans for this year. Those are now on hold. Which is okay. I still plan to grow flowers and have many beautiful bouquets available in the summer months. I have some new varieties that I am anxious to try.
