The no isn’t stopping you.

The yes isn’t stopping you.

So what is?

Fear.

Fear of getting it wrong.
Fear of looking foolish.
Fear of making the wrong decision.
Fear of finding out you’re capable of more than you thought.

Most of the time, the thing standing in our way isn’t the obstacle.

It’s the story we’ve created about the obstacle.

And stories can be rewritten.

I’ve realized my superpower is seeing the threads.

The thread between ideas and impact.
Between people and purpose.
Between storytelling and connection.
Between vision and ex*****on.

For years, I thought I was building separate things — events, media, workshops, mindset, visibility, community, and experiences.

But the truth is… they were always connected.

With the help of my virtual assistant, I was finally able to translate what’s been living in my head into visuals that captured both the ecosystem I’ve been building and the process behind how I think.

Not separate projects.
An ecosystem.
A way of seeing.

And honestly? This feels like the clearest representation yet of the vision I’ve been building all along.

The dog isn’t focused on the no we hear. It’s definitely not focused on the no we tell ourselves. It’s focused on the bone.

Maybe that’s the lesson.

Somewhere along the way, we started attaching meaning to no. We made it rejection. We made it failure. We made it proof we shouldn’t keep going.

Meanwhile, the dog is still focused on what it wants.

What if we did the same?

What if we stopped focusing on the no and started focusing on the bone?

The outcome doesn’t come before the action. It comes after.

Maybe you’ve seen pieces of my world — the events, the workshops, the storytelling, the interviews, the community building, the dogs, the strategy, the visibility work, and the mindset side of things too.

From the outside, it may have looked like a lot of different things, but the truth is… they were never separate.

They’re all part of an ecosystem built around connection, momentum, storytelling, perspective, experience, and impact.

I’ve realized what I naturally do best: I see the threads between ideas, people, purpose, and possibility — and I know how to bring those pieces together into something meaningful, strategic, and real.

This graphic created with was the first visual that actually captured what’s been living in my head for years.

Not separate projects. An ecosystem.

And for the first time, I feel like the vision is becoming visible not just to me, but to everyone else too.

At the time, I thought I was creating Bark in the Park.

What I didn’t realize was the thread was already leading me somewhere bigger.

That path eventually led me to Chris’ Farm Stand, where Haverhill’s Woofstock was born.

Looking back now, I can see how each step, each idea, and each connection was quietly leading me toward the next thing before I could fully see it myself.

Follow the threads. They often show you the way.

Ideas don’t become reality by sitting still.

So many people have ideas, dreams, businesses, events, projects, or next steps they feel deeply connected to — but stay stuck waiting for the perfect time, more confidence, or certainty.

Everything I create through Cyndie’s Thought Movement started with movement first.

Taking the step.
Following the thread.
Building before having all the answers.

Reading feedback like this reminds me why I continue to create, connect, and help bring ideas to life.

Because ideas deserve more than staying stuck in someone’s head.

Most people think they’re reacting to the word “no,” but they’re actually reacting to what they make the no mean.

“No” becomes:

• I’m not good enough
• This won’t work
• People don’t believe in me
• I should stop
• I look stupid trying

That’s fear talking. Not truth.

I sat down with Pamela & Ellen from to talk about what really happens when you build something from an idea.

Fear shows up first.
Before the event.
Before the interview.
Before the opportunity.
Before the growth.

Most people stop there.

But movement creates momentum.

Some of the biggest opportunities in my life came after moments that felt uncertain, uncomfortable, and wildly inconvenient.

You already have the no.
The question is whether fear gets to make the final decision.

My latest blog!
Ever considered the beauty of NO?

Clarity is everywhere these days; everyone wants to find what lights them up. But what if clarity doesn’t just show you what to pursue, but also what no longer fits? Welcome to the shadow of clarity, where saying “no” is just as important as saying “yes.” Lately, I’ve been intentional ab...

As a guest on Business Insiders, I shared the story behind how Cyndie’s Thought Movement came to life.

What once felt like separate projects including Nigel, Haverhill’s Woofstock, insPAWed, workshops, media, and community experiences eventually revealed themselves to be connected by one bigger vision.

This clip shares the moment I realized they all belonged under one umbrella.
