Things to think about/ask when planning events:

VENUE
Your venue can tie your whole event together. Outdoors or indoors your venue can determine everything that will make your event what you want.
Some things to keep in mind when booking a venue is what is all included with the venue. Tables/chairs, indoor and outdoor areas, what happens in the event of rain, and what things are expected of you.

Vendors

To book Vendors you'll need to know the number of guests.

Event locations/dates/times.

How many employees will the Vendors bring with them.

How many meals/snacks will you need to add to the budget.

TIPPING the vendor. (Yes, even though you're already paying them)
