Been a busy start to the holiday week. Started Thursday with 40lbs of chicken for a catering and a pork butt for some special people in Texas. Rolled smoke into Friday with 168lbs of turkey on. Took a break for half a day and back to rolling smoke this morning at 330am with another 140lbs of turkey. When they turn out like this, it makes it all worth it. Everyone have a great Thanksgiving week and remember to burn sticks and roll smoke!
