This weekend’s venue tour brought the tough question: “What if it rains?”

We totally get it—weather is unpredictable, and your wedding day shouldn’t be. That’s why we offer several rain contingency plans tailored to your guest count and layout preferences. Whether you’re planning an intimate celebration or a large gathering, we’ve got you covered—literally!

When you book with us, you’ll have a one-on-one planning meeting before your event to finalize a custom layout. We’ll have all tables and chairs in place and ready for decorating at the start of your rental (or fully styled if you add one of our design services!).

And during a room flip, your guests won’t be left wondering where to go. We have the Ivy Room, covered porch, and bar area available for guests to mingle and relax while the magic happens behind the scenes.

We’re here to make sure your day is seamless, beautiful, and uniquely you—rain or shine.

Rough-in plumbing is complete and ready for inspection!

Huge thanks to the crew who worked hard and fast during a break in the weather to get it done. We’re so grateful for their dedication!

Now we’re hoping for another clear window to pour the slab… then it’s up with the walls!
