Harlow Events and Design Co. Custom Event Planning & Designs, Balloon Artistry Co-Partners, Lindsay Salgado and Nichole Monroy, started Harlow Events & Design Co in 2019. We love what we do.

Lindsay is a dedicated mom to three kids and a proud Firefighter Wife. She loves all of the organizational details, is an absolute perfectionist and is skilled in engineering our decor. Nichole has always had a passion for art, event planning and design. She does a phenomenal job of conceptualizing the finished project and doesn't stop until it is perfect. She is supported by two daughters and an

amazing husband. Partnered together, we dream and build every single design in a collaborative process with our clients.

Sweet Lily of Elgin is celebrating her 2nd birthday with a tea party. 🤍 We were honored to create this custom garland with fresh baby's breath and pearls for the photo spot of the party.

We are celebrating a very special 8th Birthday, Swiftie Style. These girls will have a Taylor Swift concert party tonight with glow sticks, bracelets, tattoos, and Swiftie makeup station.

This Tuftex Balloons wall is 8 ft tall and has over 700 balloons in shades of Monet, Blossom, Pink, and Sugar. Custom swiftie bracelets tie it all together.
