Hi 👋 I’m Jenn, VP of Maine Pine Catering — and I’m usually behind the crazy ideas you see us trying 🤣

Case in point: Flight Club.

Five weeks ago, we found out this little building at the Fryeburg Fair was ours.

Five. Weeks. 🤯

Our team was already deep in peak wedding season...but around here, when opportunity knocks, we figure it out.

A concept became a menu. A menu became a brand. An empty Fair building became this.

That's MPC. We try things. We move fast. We say yes to opportunities. When there’s a way to grow our business and create more impact for our community, we’re going to chase it at full speed.

Sometimes that looks like an elegant wedding. Sometimes it looks like me standing in a Fair booth saying, “Guys…I have an idea.”

Welcome to Flight Club.

We took Fair Food and gave it commitment issues 🤷‍♀️

🧀 MAC FLIGHT
Buffalo Chicken • BBQ Pulled Pork • Dill Pickle Ranch Crunch

🌭 DOG FLIGHT
Three specialty hot dogs. Same ridiculously good flavors.

🍔 SLIDER FLIGHT
Three loaded sliders. You get the idea.

Can't decide?
Go for THE MIDWAY MASHUP:
One mac.
One dog.
One slider.
Mix it. Match it. No wrong choices.

RULE #2: We don’t talk about calories at Flight Club.

See you Sunday!

PSA: 5:30 is not "too late" to come to The Atlas Room.

Seriously 🫶

We've heard some version of "I wanted to stop after work, but I didn't want to be that person showing up near closing."

So we fixed it.

We're now here until 7 PM every Thursday.

Come at 2.
Come at 4:47.
Walk through the door at 6:15.

Grab a drink. Play some pool. Bring a friend.
We're here.

This October, Maine Pine Catering is coming to the Fryeburg Fair. 🎡

And this one means a little more than simply opening another concession stand.

For 73 years, Fryeburg New Church operated from this building—serving generations of fairgoers the classics: burgers, hot dogs, breakfast and pie.

This year, they've handed over the reins.

We don't take that lightly. 🫶

So we're keeping a little of what made this place this place...
and putting a very MPC spin on it.

Introducing:
FLIGHT CLUB
A Maine Pine Catering Concept

Loaded mac.
Loaded gourmet dogs.
Loaded burgers.
Breakfast sandwiches.
Pie. Brownies. Cinnamon rolls.

And because apparently we can't leave well enough alone...
you can try them as FLIGHTS.

We'll tell you more about the menu soon.

But here's the best part:

Maine Pine Catering is the social enterprise of Spectrum Generations. The money we earn through projects like this helps support programs serving older adults and adults with disabilities throughout Central Maine.

So when you eat with us at Fryeburg?
Your fair food does a little more. ❤️

Fryeburg Fair | October 4–11

We've been keeping a pretty big secret.

Actually...
A Fryeburg Fair-sized secret.

Maine Pine Catering is headed somewhere new this October.

And we're bringing flights.
Not THOSE flights (we tried) 😏

More soon.

Wedding season has been VERY good to us 🤍

Behind every beautiful table, packed dance floor and perfectly timed dinner service is a whole lot of planning, prep, logistics and a team that genuinely loves doing this.

We're right in the thick of our 2026 wedding season—and we're already talking to couples about 2027.

From backyard celebrations to full-service venue weddings, bars to buffets, plated dinners to late-night snacks: Maine Pine Catering builds the event around you.

Getting married next year?
Now is the time to start talking.
💍 2027 dates are booking.

🎃 Help MPC Pick Our Halloween Movie! 👻

Spooky season is almost here, and we're planning a Vintage Halloween Movie & Dinner Night at the Cohen Center in Hallowell!

Before we announce ALL the details, we need your vote! We’ve narrowed it down to three classic Halloween films. Take a look at the choices below and reply with A, B, or C for the movie you'd most like to see. You can vote even if you don't plan to attend!

🌱 A. The Little Shop of Horrors (1960)
A quirky, campy horror-comedy about a very unusual plant with an even more unusual appetite.

🎠 B. Carnival of Souls (1962)
A moody, eerie cult classic with an abandoned carnival, ghostly encounters and plenty of vintage Halloween atmosphere.

🏚️ C. House on Haunted Hill (1959)
Classic spooky fun starring Vincent Price — a creepy mansion, plenty of mystery and just the right amount of camp.

Friday, October 30
📍 Cohen Center
🚪 Doors Open | 6:00 PM
🍽️ Dinner | 6:30 PM
🎬 Movie | 7:00 PM

We'll have a fun Halloween-themed dinner, festive desserts, and a cash bar available.

Costumes are welcome but certainly not required. Come as you are!

🍿 So... which movie are we putting on the big screen?

Vote A, B or C!
