www.perfectporchdecor.com has been getting ready for the 4th of July and the Summer Coast Season! Sorry for the cluttered shot, but I'm in my studio and space is tight. Here's a few projects I've been working on. The red, white and blue floral will be in 2 tall planters with coordinating deep red begonias, dark blue hydrangeas, and white peonies draped with various ferns and vines with a few patriotic touches for some splash. These will be going in the front entryway of a business in Biloxi. Keep following to see the reveal in a couple of days!
The shell wreath is my River/Bay inspiration. It is covered in various different mosses, then I layered on the shells and added some sea grass sprigs. I felt like it needed something more, so I found some tiny pearls to weave through, because pearls and oysters go together?? I'm not completely finished with it, but I think it is quite unique and would go lovely on a door on a river house, or back bay? Honestly the neutral colors would go well on anyone's door!
The Blue Japanese Magnolia is a piece I'm currently working on as well. It has a gold wire/mesh metal frame. I'm thinking Blue and white? Or Blue and Pink? Or leave it blue and just fill in with nice greenery? Maybe a unique take on red, white and blue? What would you like?
Wishing everyone a beautiful Sunday and go find your passion!
