Art & Soil, LLC Art Facilitator - Expressive/Healing Arts - Group & Individual Sessions It's a grounding, intuitive practice that blends creativity with cosmic rhythm.

🌿 Welcome to a space where creativity meets intention 🌿

I offer expressive art experiences for individuals and groups, designed to support emotional healing, self-expression, and deeper connection—whether you're exploring your inner world or building community. No prior art experience is needed—just a willingness to show up and create from the heart. Each month, I host MoonBeams Art Club, a soulf

ul art club where we follow the astrological year and create artwork inspired by the energy of the zodiac season. I also handcraft intention bundles—thoughtfully curated sets made with homegrown herbs and natural elements—each one designed to support your rituals, seasonal transitions, and personal growth. This is art for the heart, guided by intuition, nature, and the stars. 🌙✨

Leo season felt like a blaze of warmth and color—an invitation to live with a heart wide open, to create freely, and to let the light in and shine with authenticity. It also reminded me that radiance needs rest and joy grows deeper when it has room to breathe.

Now, as Virgo steps in, I welcome its grounding nature —its quiet devotion to rhythm, to care, and to the small, steady practices that keep me rooted and connected to myself and the earth.

What did Leo season spark for you—and how will you tend to it in Virgo season?

In our adolescent art groups this week — right in the heart of Leo season, a time that celebrates creativity, courage, and authentic self-expression — we explored identity and sense of self through art. We asked the question “If you could represent yourself as an inanimate object… what would you be?”

Some students saw themselves as books, shells, or city buildings. Each object told a small part of their story — what they’ve felt, who they are, or how they see themselves.

To expand our exploration, we layered in color theory. Students used complementary, analogous, or monochromatic color palettes to infuse their object with emotional nuance and visual intention, building on the color work we’ve been growing all week.

As for me, I chose to represent myself as a raw crystal — unpolished, multi-faceted and rooted in quiet magic✨

Leo season reminds us that there is power in being seen, in sharing our stories, and in expressing who we are — not through perfection, but through presence and authenticity. This project was such a beautiful way to honor that.

In this season of bold self-expression, how would you represent yourself — without words?

Welcome to Leo season ✨ Ruled by the radiant sun, this is a time to warm up, glow from the inside out, and share your light with the world.

Leo’s energy reminds us to lead with heart, express ourselves fully, and find joy in simply being who we are. Like sunlight dancing through the trees, your light is meant to be seen.

How are you feeling called to shine a little brighter this season?

Closing out the week with my women’s art group, we continued the concept of illustrated gratitude lists using collage and symbolism — a playful, heart-opening way to reflect on what’s holding us, nourishing us, and carrying us through.

It felt like the perfect practice for the winding down of Cancer season — tender, intuitive, and rooted in feeling.

I found myself grateful for sisterhood, for simplicity, for nature, for my yoga practice… and always, always for my daughter and the gift that it is to be her mom.

As this season of softness comes to a close, I’m holding deep gratitude and grace in my heart.

What’s something you’re grateful for as we wrap up Cancer season? 🌙🌊✨

Last night filled my heart.

I led an art group for fellow clinicians and caregivers in the mental health and substance abuse field — a quiet, meaningful pause to care for the people who so often hold space for everyone else.

It was a full-circle moment to prepare that space — not as a provider, but as a peer, tending to the light we so often give away.

So grateful for the opportunity to serve in this way. 💛

There's something profoundly special about being with my soul sisters at Jai. The love, acceptance, and sense of belonging we share is real, deep, and transformative. Every time we come together, my heart feels held, seen, and full. I'm more grateful than words can express for this sacred community of women. My love for you all knows no bounds ✨🤍✨
