We’re rounding off our magic in the details series by highlighting perhaps one of our most iconic characters- Cinderella. 🩵✨
For a character who’s story is so focused on her magical look, we knew we needed her ballgown to be perfect! This gown is (in our opinion) the perfect real-life iteration of her movie look, made with layers upon layers of shimmering silk and satin lining! It shifts between shades of blue and silver as she walks, paying homage to her modern color pallet and her original silver on-screen gown. (And believe it or not, this dress came to us with an even bigger skirt size, and was carefully altered to have to right amount of flair and practicality for parties!)
As you know now though, the details don’t stop with the dress! Out of all our characters, Cinderella’s comes with the most accessories. From her classic black choker (which we chose to make a little extra sparkly!) to her long opera gloves, to her theme-park replica earrings, Cindy is dressed to the nines for her ball! Even her blue headband is made of the same materials as her dress, tying in her carefully styled up-do with the rest of her look!
And of course, we can’t talk about Cinderella without mentioning the shoes themselves.
While she doesn’t wear the glass slippers, she does arrive to the ball in her very best party shoes- sparkling silver heels that invoke her classic look, all while staying secure on her feet 🤭
