Update from the DMCA post: The other content creator is now aware of the issue and actively working to fix it.
I don't want this to be a drama channel so I've deleted the post from yesterday.

That being said, that's a perfect example of what's wrong with the content creation space.

Literally anyone can come into your space, deliver a basic statement to the platform that says "My copyrights have been violated, I post on these websites, and these specific links violate my copyright."

Because of section 230, the platforms aren't liable and don't care. They will just delete your stuff. Especially when you're smaller than whoever is reporting you.

Your option as a creator is to either file a dispute, which is up to the ORIGINAL FILER to either accept/deny/ignore or.... just accept that someone can do that to you and move on.

Having the ability to file DMCAs are an extremely valuable tool, but it's so rife with abuse and negligence. It's become just as much a tool to silence and hurt other businesses as it is a protection mechanism.

I, as a creator could pick out pretty much any other business in my space and spam them with DMCAs, and they have to shoulder the burden of proof to fight it.

I've been on both sides of this more than I care to count, and some platforms are better than others.... It just sucks so bad when you have to deal with it day-in and day-out.

I'm going to just assign what's happened recently as negligence on the part of a hired on 3rd party team just seeing "oh that's the creators name, must be infringement" instead of taking 2 minutes to actually look.

It's a perfect example of how broken the system is, and how you as a creator, will have to continually beat your head against a brick wall trying to follow "established policy and procedures" when it's up to you to show the burden of proof after you've already been punished.

Big day of racing yesterday at National Trail Raceway. Ohio Grudge Racing put on the back of the track Uncaged World Series of No Prep stop #3 and there was some serious action going on. I’ve had a bunch of screenshots sent out way from other tracks having to take measures. From what I understand PJH has an alternative in testing that works well with slicks but they haven’t done much testing with radials yet.

Many of you know or some may not know that there is a shortage of traction compound this season. With that being said we are trying to stay as proactive as we can with our upcoming events. We will be switching our Friday Test and Tunes and JEGS ET Series to all 1/8th mile until further notice. We understand this is not an ideal and we thank you for your patience and understanding.
