Kicking things off on Opening Day, and returning every 3rd Thursday of the month moving forward, this series brings world-class, cultural cooking straight to the market using 100% local ingredients.
With two of Northwest Indiana's absolute best culinary heavyweights:
🌟 Chef Blāque: Award-winning pastry chef, owner of Steel City Bakery, Netflix Sugar Rush champion, & Beat Bobby Flay alum. He is ready to bring elevated technique and global influences to the table!
🌟 Chef Darrick (Southern Roots by AG LLC): 2023 Culinary Instructor of the Year, VP of the American Culinary Federation (NWI Chapter), & mastermind behind Southern Roots catering, bringing bold Southern flavors and deep-rooted hospitality.
