2015 pricing

Director Plan -$475

This option would be best for a bride
who wants to meet with vendors and make lots of decisions. My job would be gathering information
and keeping the rehearsal and wedding day organized. This would include 3-4 one-hour meetings, rehearsal, day of wedding,
and unlimited email and phone communication. Mini Coordinator Plan -$600

This option is a little less w

ork for the bride. You would still be making many decisions and dealing with vendors,
but with a small amount of help from me. I will set you up for consults with vendors that I know; whose work I trust. I have resources for several different price ranges as well. Deluxe Coordinator Plan -$900

This last option is a bride's luxury choice. I choose (within your budget) vendors, go to all vendor meetings, and come back with choices for you to make. I handle all communication and make all arrangements for you with the vendors. Your wedding will be completely
stress-free—other than answering questions and picking a dress—
you won’t have to do anything! This includes 4-6 one-hour meetings, rehearsal, day of wedding, and unlimited email and phone communication. All plans have a $40/hour charge if the amount of hours given in the plan is exceeded. Half of the fee will be due at the first meeting, and the rest is due at the final meeting.

Sarah is everything we didn't even know we needed! She came highly recommended by my fiance's coworker when, after the first few weeks of wedding planning ourselves, we realized we needed HELP. From the first meeting, I instantly felt like I could take a deep breath and I knew she would help us make our wedding exactly what we wanted it to be. Sarah was amazing - doing everything from helping us articulate exactly what we envisioned to, fast forward 8 months, making our day the most perfect day while staying calm and joyful. She was so helpful in every way, ranging from recommending vendors and helping hold us accountable to our timeline, to anticipating crises and having a backup plan for EVERYTHING. I had only ever been to weddings where the coordinator was barking orders and seemed frazzled, and Sarah was quite the opposite - the vision of calm, collected, and joyful while still keeping her finger on the pulse of every detail. So many of our guests remarked how impressed they were by her on our wedding day, and our families commented throughout the planning process how impressive she was. I honestly don't know how I would have pulled everything off without her help, and I am so grateful that she was there for us. In summary: if you are getting married, you NEED Sarah! Trust me, you absolutely will not regret it.
