Bigg'N Lil's BBQ Catering Menu

Hot smoked meats:

Pork:
Pulled pork
Pork tenderloin medallions
Pork belly burnt ends
Smoked picnic roast (available with sauerkraut)
Smoked sausage (Hot Hungarian or country sausage served with peppers and onions)
Baby back ribs
St. Louis style spare ribs

Beef:
Beef roast (cooked medium and thin sliced for sandwiches) can be Hot or cold
Brisket ( sliced or shredded)
Beef short ribs
Beef burnt ends
Coney dog bar (All Beef 1/4lbs hot dogs with a condiments bar including our famous Coney sauce)

Chicken:
Dark meat 1/4's (bone in thigh and leg together)
Bone in breasts
Mixed tray of 1/4's and breasts
Boneless Chicken breasts in 4 to 6oz portions
Smoked chicken salad (served cold and a great summer picnic item!)

Lamb:
Smoked leg of Lamb (shaved thin for gyros or sandwiches)
