Yesterday, we had the pleasure of helping this sweet couple celebrate their special day with our Day-of Coordination services!

One of the things we love most about what we do is the flexibility to step in and fill the gaps wherever we're needed! With family helping with décor setup on Friday, we were able to focus on the little details that made their wedding day run smoothly.

From setting up their DIY appetizer station and desserts to coordinating vendors, managing the timeline, and handling décor takedown at the end of the night, we made sure everything was taken care of.

✨ **Because wedding coordination doesn't have to be all or nothing!** Sometimes you just need an extra set of hands to bring everything together.

Our favorite part? Knowing Miranda, Ian, and their families could dance the night away, soak in every moment, and leave the cleanup to us!

We had the pleasure of delivering and setting up one of our rental bars for their special weekend. With Friday delivery and Sunday pickup, the happy couple has one less thing to worry about!

Congratulations to Spark Development Co. on the grand opening of their newest apartment community in Green Bay! ✨

We had the pleasure of helping welcome 75 guests to celebrate and showcase this beautiful new space.

Our team helped curate a signature cocktail menu featuring fresh cucumber, pressed lime juice, and custom garnishes. We also brought the rental bar, ice, cups, and all the little details needed to keep drinks flowing throughout the celebration.

The best part? The hosts simply provided the liquor, and we handled the rest—from setup to service. 🍸

❤️Congratulations to Jessica & Will! ❤️

This wedding was a little extra special for me. After years of knowing Jessica, it was such an honor to be the one helping make sure she could truly enjoy her wedding day.

Our team helped with planning and coordination, décor setup and takedown, food management, rental setup, and creating a self-service bar including our slushy machine. We handled the details behind the scenes so Jessica and William could focus on what mattered most—celebrating each other, soaking it all in, and dancing the night away.

One of my favorite parts of this business is being able to use what we do to take care of the people who have been there for me over the years. Being able to do that for Jessica made this one especially meaningful.

On Sunday, we had the pleasure of celebrating this lovely couple at one of our preferred venues, the beautiful Kress Pavilion in Egg Harbor!

Our bartending team helped bring their intimate wedding of 50 guests to life with a little Door County flair! Their signature Door County Cherry Moscow Mule, made with fresh ingredients and garnishes, was an absolute hit! 🍒

We brought all the essentials, including cups, straws, napkins, ice, and more, so Erin and Brett could focus on what truly mattered—saying "I do," celebrating with their favorite people, and making unforgettable memories.

Yesterday, our team had the pleasure of helping Karen and Marco bring their dream wedding to life! From rehearsal practice and day-of coordination to décor setup, additional event staffing, and of course, bartending, we were there to handle all the details.

We helped curate their signature cocktail menu, provided our rental bar, and brought everything needed for bar service—minus the alcohol!

Even when the rain had us pivoting plans, our team worked behind the scenes to ensure everything came together beautifully. That's the beauty of having a team dedicated to your day. You get to focus on making memories while we handle the rest!

A little rain couldn't stop this celebration from being absolutely magical! ✨

Congratulations to Madi & Owen! 🥂🍎🤍

On Saturday, we had the pleasure of providing bartending services for their beautiful wedding, tucked away in the countryside and surrounded by an apple orchard, gorgeous views, and all of their favorite people.

Madi & Owen chose our labor-only bartending package, but that doesn’t mean they were on their own when it came to planning! We helped them create their bar menu, provided a detailed shopping list, and talked through everything they would need to make sure their bar service ran smoothly from start to finish.

We also prepared and brought their custom garnishes—washed, cut, and ready to serve—adding that perfect finishing touch to their drinks. 🍋🍊

Our favorite part? Watching the couple leave the details to us and spend their night exactly where they belonged—on the dance floor, celebrating with the people they love most. 💃🕺

Congratulations to Claire & Joey! 🤍🥂

Tucked away on a beautiful private tree farm in Coleman, Wisconsin, these two celebrated their special day surrounded by family, friends, and the perfect outdoor setting.

Our team of three had the pleasure of providing bar service for 230 guests! We brought everything needed to keep the bar running smoothly—from cups, straws, napkins, and plenty of ice to custom garnishes and all the little details that make service feel complete.

But the star of the bar? 🍷✨ Our batched sangria station! It was an absolute hit and kept guests coming back all night long.

One of our favorite parts of what we do is taking items off our couples' planning lists. We bring the supplies, handle the setup, serve the guests, and take care of the details so our couples can simply celebrate.

Congratulations to Trevor & Maddie! 🤍🥂

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of helping these two celebrate their beautiful Thursday wedding!

One of the things we love most about what we do is that every wedding is different—and our services don’t have to come in a one-size-fits-all package. Sometimes a couple simply needs a little extra support to make sure everything comes together, and we’re happy to step in exactly where we’re needed.

For Trevor & Maddie, we arrived to help with their ceremony, set out appetizers, cut and served the cake, kept the timeline moving, and connected with their vendors to make sure everyone was set up and ready to go. Then, we got to watch all the planning come together as these two officially started their next chapter! ✨

And what a chapter it will be—newly married and preparing for a BIG move to Texas! 🤠❤️ Talk about the perfect send-off!

We were also thrilled to work at a new-to-us venue, WineaLot! 🍷 Such a unique space with wonderful accommodations and so much flexibility for creating an event that feels completely your own.
