Just a quick update from Event Rentals By Kris!
If you've reached out recently, thank you for your patience. We normally respond to inquiries within 24 hours, but this time of year things get pretty busy and we've been getting a lot of last-minute requests.
One thing that makes us different is that we're not a big rental company. We try to be flexible when changes come up, we don't give you an 8-hour delivery window, and we send reminders about calling Diggers Hotline. We genuinely want your event to be a success!
The flip side is that every message, email, quote request, text, and phone call is answered by Kris. There isn't a secretary sitting behind a desk all day. Just Kris and an awesome team working hard to get tents up, deliveries made, and events ready for the weekend.
We'll get back to everyone as soon as we can. And if you're planning an event later this summer, booking early is always your best bet!
