Today’s route:
Step 1: Empty the van.
Step 2: Go pick up 2 pop-up tents and approximately 500 pounds of concrete and sandbags in Hobart.
Step 3: Switch vehicles and let the dog out.
Pick up 25 tables, 100 chairs, 5 cocktail tables, and yard games in Denmark.
Step 4: Pick up 4 tables and 24 chairs in De Pere.
Step 5: Switch vehicles and let the dog out.
Step 6: Load more pop-up tents, sandbags and yard games.
Step 7: Off to a fundraiser where we provided pop-up tents yardgames and sandbags.
Step 8: Stay at the fundraiser and support the community!
Step 9:Take down and load tents, games, and sandbags.
Step 10: Switch vehicles again and let the dog out.
Step 11:Normally, this is where we’d have to unload the trailer… BUT NOT TODAY.
Because the new storage unit has officially become my favorite thing ever. I literally backed the fully loaded trailer straight in and said:
“Yep. That’s tomorrow’s problem.” Realistically, it will happen on Tueaday or Wednesday. 🤣
And now… THE DAY IS DONE!
Which is probably a good thing because I feel like I did approximately 400 squats today. My right leg has officially had enough and is starting to spasm. Apparently, even my muscles are trying to clock out. Is the business Event Rentals or a creative way to work out?
But honestly, I’m grateful. 💙
It’s such a privilege to be this sore. To be busy. To have equipment going out, events to support, fundraisers to be part of, and customers who trust us with their special days.
So yes… my body is currently filing a formal complaint. 😂
But my heart is full.
Grateful. Tired. Sore. Blessed.
But the day isn't done. Step 12: Now we respond to inquiries that came in over the weekend.
Thanks for supporting local businesses. It was a long day, but we wouldn't have it any other way.
