🎉🎪🚚 Thank You for an Incredible First Year! 🚚🎪🎉
With the conclusion of our first year, we wanted to extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who participated in the Three Rivers Vendor Fair and Food Truck Festival! Your support and presence made this event truly special, and we can't thank you enough for being a part of it.
We admit that the event wasn't as bustling as we had initially anticipated. However, your amazing feedback and unwavering support have been an incredible source of motivation for us. We had high hopes for the addition of the car show, and though it didn't quite boom as expected, your enthusiasm made it all worthwhile.
To each and every one of you, we want to say a big THANK YOU! Your appreciation means the world to us, especially as this was our first year of full show planning. We've taken copious notes and recognized areas where we can improve and grow in the future. With your continued support and involvement, we're excited to do more shows and give back to various organizations that make a difference in our community.
This amazing first-year event wouldn't have been possible without your support, patience, and willingness to help. Your participation played a vital role in making this festival a success, and we are determined to make it bigger and better every year!
As we plan for the future, we've been discussing some exciting ideas, including changing our hours, establishing key rules, implementing a judging guideline, and partnering with local organizations to create an even more exceptional experience for everyone.
A special shoutout goes to the Josephine County Fair Grounds for their tremendous support and willingness to help us make this event a reality. We owe a huge thanks to the Fair Grounds supervisor, Jerry, for being a lifesaver in various aspects during the event. We're looking forward to discussing improvements for next year's event within the facilities with him.
Family played an indispensable role in making this event possible, and we couldn't have done it without their support and assistance throughout the planning process and on the big day.
On top of all the fun, we're thrilled to share that, thanks to your participation and the generous support of those who partook in the raffle, we were able to raise just over $900 for Shoes For Kids! Your contributions will have a positive impact on the lives of many, and we're incredibly grateful for your generosity.
