Our Story

Bringing the Traditional Vietnamese Cuisines to curious minds & connoisseurs alike is Our Passion. I am a First Generation Vietnamese Immigrant whose Parents came to the US & became Residents in late 70s, early 80s & Opened Up a Pho Restaurant in West Michigan for better parts of 15 plus years, before They Sold the Business to Retired & Started Cooking more for the Church & Community. My Grandmother & Mother taught Me everything I know in the kitchen, in turn, started Me on My path to Open Pho 616. I was inspired to bring My Family’s authentic Vietnamese Cuisines, but present it in more Modern Times Social differ to when My Family Started.
