This past April, our Winter Haven team pulled off their biggest event yet — the Central Florida 2025 Hyundai Archery World Cup, in collaboration with Visit Central Florida Sports and Aimwell Events.

With over 50 tent installations and extensive table and chair setups, this was a major milestone for our Florida event rental team — and a true team effort from start to finish.

We’re already looking forward to supporting this incredible event again next year, and to taking on even more sporting events throughout the Central Florida and Orlando areas!
