Clarification: Hey guys, this is primarily a bread class. I just thought we could play mahjong to kill time during rise and bake. Unfortunately, it’s not really enough time to learn how to play the game. However, we will be doing a Mahjong class and social play for a fundraiser for Lori’s School of Dance Competition Team in the next month so stay tuned! And Jennifer Morrill is teaching classes as well so hit her up if you’re interested! 😘

Introducing…BamBread with The Golden Bee! Want to learn to make decorative focaccia with a Mahjong spin? Well focaccia has a rise time of about 40 minutes, which is the perfect amount of time to play a round or 2 of mahjong! I will be doing 2 classes, a Thursday evening 9/24 and a Sunday afternoon 10/11. $50/person includes bread making supplies, instruction, recipe, and a seat at the Mahj table for social play! DM me to reserve your seat!🀄️🐲🥖🐝
