🚨 I M P O R T A N T I N F O R M A T I O N

, here is the basic information for spectator, participant, and vendor parking, participant trailer locations, overall layout, etc. Let's break it down!

FROM LEFT TO RIGHT/TOP TO BOTTOM:

SPECTATOR PARKING will be at Hugg & Hall Equipment to the south of the dealership. There will be additional parking along the road to the north of the dealership by used cars.

MOTORCYCLES will be in the same place as always, the south entry lane by the flagpole.

VENDORS are to park along the service road by lots 1 & 3 the main new car lot to load/unload unless you are food/beverage truck or trailer, then you are allowed to park in the area marked “vendors” and highlighted in red at the very front of the lot.

SHOW CARS enter from the USED CAR lot at the north end of the dealership If you look at the map, you will see “INDIVIDUALS” and “CAR CLUBS”

INDIVIDUAL CARS come down the inner feeder road and you will be directed by our team to lots 1 & 3.

CAR CLUBS PLEASE SHOW UP TOGETHER this year we are going try and give you a specific area. So again, come down the inner feeder road and you will be directed by our team to lots 2 & 4.

AREAS MARKED IN RED are no parking, the rows closest to the entry/exit of the dealership are reserved for the Glenpool and Jenks Fire Departments.

OVERFLOW LOT will be used if needed, which of course, we are hoping to need it.

REGISTRATION will be in the new car showroom, along with shirts, drinks, etc.

NO HELICOPTER unfortunately, we will not have a helicopter landing, however, the lot where it normally would land will remain closed for the dealership to park some of their inventory.

BEAT THE HEAT & RACE CAR PARKING will also be in the same spot as normal, the far south side of the lot guarantee enough room for their trucks and trailers.

TRAILER PARKING will be on the road to the north of the dealership by used cars. Please park your trucks/trailers there.

(PHOTO 4) RECOMMENDED ROUTE FROM BROADWAY from 161st. We strongly recommend all car show participants to come down Broadway from 161st St to avoid potential traffic on Highway 75. You can enter from 151st down Elwood to 161st and turn left on to Broadway and it will take you to the road that leads to the dealership.

Welcome anyone that may be new or just finding out about Tulsa Oiler Thunder Crew. We have a sign up link located at the top of the page. CURRENTLY, all slots are full for the remainder of the season. HOWEVER, life happens and members are unable to make the game an can remove their name from the sign up at any time. I SUGGEST checking the sign up 1-2 days prior to the next game and even on game day for an opening. Just know your bike MUST accommodate a passenger, and have a back rest for the passenger.

Please know we’re a grateful for all the riders and sponsors!

A few important updates and reminders for everyone participating with the crew:

🏍️ Backrests Are Required
All rider bikes MUST have a backrest. This is a safety requirement and is non-negotiable. The SAFETY of our riders, passengers, and everyone involved is our top priority.

📅 If You Sign Up and Cannot Attend
Please remove yourself from the sign-up as soon as possible. Watch the video in the comments/thread below for instructions.

To remove yourself:
✅ Return to the same sign-up 🔗
✅ Use the same email address you registered with
✅ Locate the game date
✅ Click the trash can icon next to your name

Please remember that managing your sign-ups is your responsibility—not your buddy's, your neighbor's, Gary's, or mine.

When signing up:
• You may use your legal first name or road name.
• No last name is required.
• The phone number you provide is only visible to Gary and Samantha. & we’re not passing it out or selling it on the black market
• Your email address is used solely to contact you if plans, schedules, or instructions change.

We intentionally do not post all event details on social media. If we tell you to check your email, there is a reason. We ask that those details not be reposted in the comments. If another signed-up rider needs information, feel free to share it privately through text or direct message.

👕 Regarding Shirts and Patches
We are only four games into the season, and we've already had approximately 80 riders participate. Some riders attend multiple games, while others have added, changed, or removed sign-ups throughout the season.
Not everyone submitted a shirt size during registration, so we had to make our best estimates when placing orders for shirts and patches. We understand that some sizes may not be perfect and that some riders may have to wait for additional inventory.
Please know that we have truly done our best.

❤️ A Final Reminder
The Oilers Thunder Crew is a joint volunteer effort on all parts. Every rider, organizer, and coordinator involved is volunteering their time. The shirts and patches are sponsor-funded, and we are incredibly grateful for those sponsors who help make this possible.

A little patience, appreciation, and grace go a long way. Being thankful for a shirt that's one size too big or waiting for the next patch order means far more than frustration directed at the volunteers working behind the scenes to make this experience happen for everyone.

Thank you to every rider who shows up, represents the crew well, and helps make this a great experience. We appreciate you and look forward to seeing you at the next game!
